Welcome to the Optoelectronic Nanomaterials and Devices Group led by Professor Jian Mao at the Institute of Optoelectronics at Fudan University. Our research focuses on developing high-performance optoelectronic devices including light-emitting diodes, solar cells, and photodetectors based on emerging semiconductors such as halide perovskite and black phosphorus. We aim to advance next-generation technologies for lighting, displays, and photovoltaics.
